Earthing™ Ground Rod
WHAT IS EARTHING™?
We live on a planet that is alive with natural energies and subtly pulsating frequencies caused by "free electrons." Walking barefoot on the Earth, as humans have done throughout history, naturally discharges electrical stress from our bodies by facilitating the reception of these free electrons up into our system.
The free electrons on the surface of the Earth are easily transferred up, into, and throughout our body as long as there is direct contact with the ground. These electrons restore our body's natural internal electrical stability and rhythms, which in turn, promotes normal functioning our body systems.
This process remedies an electron deficiency, which in turn reduces inflammation (a common cause of disease). It shifts the nervous system from a stress-dominated mode to one of calmness. By reconnecting to the Earth, you enable your body to return to its normal electrical state, which makes you better able to self-regulate and self-heal.

WHAT IS A GROUND ROD?
Many older houses and buildings (built before the 1960s) do not have a grounding system. If the electrical wiring in your home, apartment, or office does not have a functional grounding system you will not be able to plug your Earthing™ Connection product into a wall outlet. The Earthing™ Connection Ground Rod is a practical solution for such older structures without updated grounding systems. Also, people who do not live in the U.S. or Canada may not have the correct size outlets and/or grounded outlets, so the Ground Rod can be utilized instead.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN USE IF I DON'T HAVE GROUNDED OUTLETS?
An electrician can install a permanent Earthing™ outlet, if desired, which generally includes drilling a small hole through the wall, mounting a wall plate, and running a ground wire to the outlet.

Includes: Ground Rod with attached wire.
Dimensions: Ground Rod is 12 inches (1/3 meter) long. Attached cord is 40-ft (12.2 meter). (Will reach most first and second story locations)
Suggested Usage:
Step 1: Push the rod directly into the Earth in an area of dirt/vegetation close to the foundation of the home/office.
Step 2: Run cord from the rod under or around a window or door near where you will use your Earthing product.
Step 3: Plug the prong-end of your Earthing™ system cord into the receptacle end of the ground rod cord.
Step 4: If you live in a dry area, such as a desert, soak the Earth around the ground rod from time to time for maximum conductivity
