Coriander: The grade 10 (highest grade) coriander is grown by traditional herb masters in India, in rich soil in pure country air, five miles or more away from the pollution of any road. After harvest, it is low temperature air dried for maximum retention of its phytonutrient activity, then shipped in specially made air tight containers. This quality of coriander leaf is simply not available in the United States. Revolutionary research has shown that coriander leaf can mobilize heavy metals from the nervous system.
Blue-green Algae: Quantum Greens Mix uses wild harvested blue-green algae that has been grown in fresh water, in open air and in sunlight. It has been low temperature, air dried.
Japanese Green Tea: Quantum Greens Mix uses Grade A Japanese green tea that has been specially processed by a centuries-old technique that ensures easy assimilation of its nutrients. In contrast, most other green tea is unprocessed so it has an inferior taste with poor nutrient absorption.
