All of the herbs are major tonic herbs with adaptogenic, antioxidant, immune-potentiating and organ protective benefits.

Gynostemma is generally reinforcing to overall health, and has a strong anti-fatigue effect. Gynostemma is universally believed in Asia to be an anti-aging herb.
