Longevity Warehouse® Return Policy
**If you would like to return an item to the Longevity Warehouse®, you must contact us first**
- Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund.
- Any items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship.
- Returned product(s) will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued.
- Please follow exact directions provided by our customer service team in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.

Non-Refundable Items:
- The Longevity Warehouse® is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Mis-Routed or Un-Delivered shipments or those seized by Customs.
- If a shipment is returned to us as Un-Delivered you may either receive a full refund for the products ordered minus the shipment costs and a 3% processing fee, OR we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee. **This does not apply to Refused Packages. Please see Refused Packages Section below**
- Open food items and/or supplements that have been opened or have a broken seal cannot be returned.
- Books cannot be returned.
- Body care items that have been opened or have a broken seal cannot be returned.
- Opened DVDs and DVD sets cannot be returned.
- Used Zappers cannot be returned.
- Used Earthing Products cannot be returned.
- Webcasts cannot be refunded.
- Items returned to us after 45 days of the initial purchase date and/or without contacting The Longevity Warehouse® prior to the return, will NOT be refunded.
- The Longevity Warehouse® is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer online. Duplicate orders are subject to all of the guidelines laid out in the Return Policy.
- Probiotics can be returned but must be unopened and returned by THREE weeks from the original ship date to the customer due to the highly perishable nature of this product.
Refused Packages:
- Given the choice, rather than refuse the package, please accept it and contact us immediately so we may process the return appropriately.
- If you refuse to accept your package for any reason other than damage to the package, you may receive a refund for the products, minus the original shipment costs and the return shipping fees and a 3% processing fee, if and when we receive the package back to our warehouse. **Please Note: If you refuse a package, there absolutely will be a return shipping fee associated with the package being sent back to us. That return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We have no way of knowing what the cost of this return fee will be until we are charged it by the shipping agent. By refusing your package, you accept the responsibility of paying this return fee**
- If you refuse to accept your package because there is obvious damage to the package or to the items in the package, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping. If the package is received back to the warehouse, we can either refund the cost of the entire order or reship you a new package at no additional cost to you.
- Please contact us immediately if you refuse a package so we know it is on the way back to us.
**PLEASE NOTE: Refused shipments/packages have been known to get lost in the return process and may not be returned to us. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.**
Perishable Items/Unwanted Items:
- Please contact us immediately if you intend to return any unwanted items.
- Items returned to us after 45 days of purchase and without contacting The Longevity Warehouse® prior to the return, will NOT be refunded.
- Perishable/unwanted items MUST be unopened and the seal must be completely intact for refunds to be issued. No exceptions to this.
- Any qualifying unwanted perishable or unwanted item may be returned for a refund of the original cost of the item minus a 3% processing fee and minus the original shipping cost.
- The customer is responsible for paying for the unwanted item to be shipped back to us.
- Unopened Probiotics must be returned within THREE weeks of the original ship date to the customer due to the highly perishable nature of this product.
**PLEASE NOTE: There is a 3% processing fee for returned items**
Defective/Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective product you may return the product for a full refund or exchange. We will have the defective product returned to us free of shipping. We must receive the product back in order to send you another or issue a refund.
- All returns MUST be received at our Warehouse within 45 days of the initial purchase date.
- We are unable to offer ANY refunds for products returned to us past 45 days. No Exceptions.
Zappers:
- We can only accept returns on UNUSED Zappers with all of the original components. We are unable to accept returns on used Zappers under any circumstance.
- Zappers come with a one year warranty. To request warranty service, please contact LSL Mfg Service Center at: service@lslmfg.com.
Cellercisers:
- Cellercisers must arrive back to our warehouse within 45 days of the original date of purchase.
- You must contact us prior to returning your Cellerciser® to insure it qualifies for a return.
- Cellercisers must be returned with ALL original parts and packaging, including the original Cellerciser® box it came in. If you do not have all original parts and packaging, we will deduct the cost of the non-returned item as shown below:
- Half-Fold Cellerciser®
(including springs, spring cover (without holes from folding) value $30, and carrying case value $40)
- Video (DVD) "Don't Just Exercise... Cellercise": Value $19.50. Must be shrink-wrapped to return.
- Book “Looking Good Feeling Great”: Value $4.50
- Booklet “Cellercise”: Value $4.58
- Exercise Chart: Value $4.25
- Intro Kit (includes a 5 year warranty card): Cannot return without.
- Original box: Cannot return without.
- Cellercisers are subject to a $50 non-refundable restocking fee. The customer is responsible for paying to ship the Cellerciser® back to the warehouse.
Earthing Products:
- Earthing products, including Grounders, are only able to be returned if UNOPENED and UNUSED.
- Opened Earthing products are non-refundable.
- All defective Earthing Equipment must be received back to our Warehouse within 45 days of the initial purchase date.
- We are unable to offer ANY refunds for products returned to us past 45 days. No Exceptions.

UPDATE - July 10, 2012: - We are no longer able to offer Earthing Beds to International customers OR to customers outside of the Continental US. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back regularly for updates.
Orders Placed After July 10, 2012:
- Earthing Beds will be delivered via Home Direct. Home Direct will call to schedule the delivery prior to and/or during shipment. Your Earthing Bed will be delivered and set up with Home Direct's White Glove Service. This means that Home Direct will carry your Earthing Bed up a maximum of two flights of stairs, bring it into the specified room, and unwrap it and set it up for you. Home Direct does/will NOT depose of your old mattress.
Orders Placed Prior To July 10, 2012:
- Earthing Beds will be delivered via UPS and will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery will be attempted three times. If the Customer does not leave the signature confirmation to receive the bed, or receive the bed in person, the bed will be returned to the sender. In order for the bed to be reshipped, payment will become the responsibility of the customer and will cost a minimum of $300.00.
Grounders:
- Grounders are only able to be returned if UNOPENED and UNUSED and must be received back to the warehouse within 45 days of the initial purchase date.
- If opened, Grounders may be sent back for an exchange ONLY.
- In order to qualify for an exchange, the Grounders must have be worn inside ONLY. There can be no noticeable wear, marks, or damage on any part of the flip flop, especially to the soles and to the bottom of the flip flop.
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange after inspecting the flip flop if it does not meet the above guidelines. In the event that the flip flops do not qualify for an exchange after inspection, and you would like the flip flops back, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have them send back to you.

Conference Tickets: Women's Wellness Conference (WWC) and The Longevity Now® Conference (LNC)
$297 Bring a Friend Ticket - Women's Wellness Conference (WWC) and The Longevity Now® Conference (LNC) Ticket.
- This ticket entitles you and a friend to attend both the WWC and LNC.
- If you attend the WWC and cancel your LNC ticket there is a refund of $128 available.
- If you cancel The WWC and attend the LNC there is a refund of $100 available.
- There is a $100 non-refundable deposit for the cancellation of both tickets.
- All refunds must be requested fourteen days before the start of the Conference. Fourteen days before the Conference no refunds will be issued.
- If you choose to not bring a friend there are no partial refunds or exchanges for any other product or Conference.
$197 Single Ticket for WWC & LNC
- This ticket entitles you to attend both the WWC and LNC.
- There is a $100 non-refundable deposit for the cancellation of both tickets.
- If you attend the Women's Wellness Conference (WWC) and cancel The Longevity Now Conference (LNC) there is a refund of $28 available.
- If you cancel The WWC and attend The LNC there is no refund.
- All refunds must be requested fourteen days before the start of the Conference. Fourteen days before the Conference no refunds will be issued.
$197 WWC Bring a Friend Ticket, $119 WWC Single Ticket, $247 LNC Single Ticket and $147 LNC Single Ticket
- There is a $100 non-refundable deposit for these tickets.
- All refunds must be requested fourteen days before the start of the Conference. Fourteen days before the Conference no refunds will be issued.
- If you choose to not bring a friend there are no partial refunds or exchanges for any other product or Conference.
$42 Friend Ticket To WWC/LNC
- In order to qualify for the $42 Friend Ticket, you MUST have either previously purchased a Bring-A-Friend WWC/LNCTicket or purchase a full price WWC/LNC ticket along with this $42 Friend Ticket.
- If you purchase a $42 Friend Ticket and do NOT purchase a regular priced WWC/LNC ticket with it, and do not already have a Bring-A-Friend WWC/LNC Ticket, you will not be able to attend the conference using this $42 Friend Ticket. We will notify you of the incomplete purchase and at that time you will have the opportunity to purchase a full price ticket. If you choose not to purchase a full price ticket, or do not contact us back within 48 hours of us contacting you, the $42 friend ticket cost will be refunded to you and the ticket will be canceled.
- This ticket is non-refundable.
One Day Ticket To WWC/LNC
- With this purchase is included a $50 non-refundable deposit.
- All refunds must be requested fourteen days before the start of the Conference. Fourteen days before the Conference, no refunds will be issued.
All $50 sponsor deposits are non-refundable.
Webcasts:
- Webcasts are non-refundable.
- Please ensure BEFORE you purchase that you have a high-speed internet connection that will support the Webstream.
- We are not responsible for slow-streaming connections or inability to watch the conferences properly on your computer and cannot refund part of your Longevity Now Package cost for inability to watch the conferences.
**Buying Policy**
The products on this site are for individual use ONLY, and cannot be resold or redistributed. The Longevity Warehouse® reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, without notice.
