Stage 1 of the Bath: Detoxification
In the beginning of the bath, for the first 15 minutes or so while the water is warmer, the body will be detoxifying more rapidly.
Some people experience a sensation like inner sweating. If this feels too strong in first part of the bath, you may get out, lay down on a towel on the cooler bathroom floor for 1-5 minutes, then re-submerge in bath. If "inner sweating" returns, you may get out again for lay-down/cool-off, and then get back into the water.
Eventually, it will become comfortable to stay in the bath for the 30-minute duration.
(Some people may not find it difficult at all to stay in the whole time.)
Stage 2 of the Bath: Ionic Jing Re-charge
In the last half of the 30 minute bath soak, the detox slows down and the magnesium and trace mineral absorption goes up.
This completes the two stages of the bath: Detoxification and ionic jing re-charge!
**Baths may be done daily, or better yet, nightly in the beginning. As magnesium deficiencies diminish, you may desire a super jing bath less frequently.**
**Please be aware of the extremely relaxing effects of this bath. If you feel you are getting too sleepy, please take a break from the bathtub until you are more alert.**
