Additions/Deletions Within Orders
 
  • Due to current system restrictions, we are not able to modify any orders once they are placed. Please double check your order before hitting submit. Thank you!
  • If you are trying to take advantage of a free offer using a coupon code, and you cannot get the coupon code to process, you must immediately contact Customer Support before completing the order. If you complete the order and then contact us, we cannot guarantee that we can add the free offer to your already completed order. If we are unable to add the free offer to your original order, and it qualified for the free offer, you can still receive the free offer, but you will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost.

 
Backorders
 
We do our best to maintain our "in stock" status on all items. In the event an item goes on backorder after you have placed your order, we will remove the out of stock item(s), refund your credit card/PayPal account, and ship the remaining items to you. An email will be sent out to notify you of the status of your order.
 

 
Shipping Address
 
**The customer is responsible for providing the full shipment details. Please make sure that your shipping information is correct and complete before submitting your order**
 
  • The Longevity Warehouse® is not responsible for delayed or returned shipments as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, and/or unclaimed packages.
  • If you have unintentionally entered in incorrect information please immediately contact Customer Support. We cannot guarantee that the information will be able to be updated before your package ships out, although we will do our best to make the changes in the system.
  • If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, and the package is lost, we are not responsible for shipping a new package to you.
  • If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, but the package is eventually returned to our warehouse by the shipping provider, it is your responsibility to pay for the reshipment costs on the package or else we can refund the cost of the products in the order minus a 5% restocking fee. Please note you are also responsible for any return postage fees.
  • Please do not enter both a street address and a PO box number, as this will delay the shipping of your package. If you enter a street address and a PO box number, we will need to contact you to confirm which place the package should be sent to. Your order will remain on hold until we confirm the shipping address. If we cannot get in touch with you within three days of when you placed your order, the order will be canceled.

Processing Times
 
  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receipt from our warehouse. Delivery time quotes begin from when the package leaves the warehouse after processing is completed.
  • Processing may take 2-3 business days or more during heavier volume days. During sales and promotional periods, orders may take up to 7 business days to process.
  • The warehouse will be closed on the following days in observance of each holiday: January 1st, May 29th, July 4th, September 4th, November 23rd, December 25th. 
  • You will receive an automated email from the warehouse with your tracking information when the package ships out.
  • Orders placed after 10am PT Monday through Thursday will begin processing the following day.
  • Orders placed before or after 10am PT Friday and on the weekend will begin processing starting on the following Monday, unless Monday is a major holiday, at which point orders will begin processing on Tuesday.
  • Delivery by the shipping carrier may be delayed during holidays.

Missing Packages
 
  • Currently, no package is insured above and beyond the automatic insurance offered by certain carriers unless the insured option is chosen when your order is placed. If the delivery carrier doesn't deliver your package or claims to have made the delivery but you have not received it, we will do our best to help you locate the package by opening an investigation with the carrier.
  • We are NOT the delivery carrier and are therefore not responsible for undelivered packages. However, we may be able to reship a package based on our investigation with the carrier and whether or not the order was insured.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to read the shipping options below before purchase to be informed about the options for insurance, including which carrier services offer automatic insurance and the terms of that insurance.

  • Due to the extreme savings on these items, there is a limit of 5 per customer. In certain circumstances, such as low inventory, there may be a limit lower than 5 imposed.

Domestic Orders
 
**All DOMESTIC orders within the CONTINENTAL U.S. over $175 and orders to Hawaii and Alaska over $450 now qualify for FREE Shipping!**
Free shipping method utilized is FedEx Ground (with $100 insurance) only. Additional insurance coverage is available for a fee.

  • US orders are shipped either UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.
  • If you key a PO Box address in as your address, our system will automatically ship USPS Priority unless you select FedEx Smartpost. FedEx Smartpost is delivered by USPS and therefore can accept a PO Box as a delivery address.
 
USPS
  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of order receipt in our warehouse. Please note: Processing may take 2-3 days or more during heavier volume days. During sales and promotional periods, orders may take up to 7 business days to process.
  • USPS Priority Mail Service: In general, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery once the order leaves our warehouse. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of order receipt in our warehouse. Please note: Processing may take 2-3 days or more during heavier volume days. During sales and promotional periods, orders may take up to 7 business days to process. Delivery confirmation only. Carries $50 of automatic insurance. If you would like additional insurance added to your order, please look for the option to "Include Insurance" under the shipping carrier list at checkout.
  • You will receive an automated email from our warehouse with your tracking information when the package ships out.
  • If you are shipping to a PO Box our system will automatically ship USPS Priority unless you select FedEx Smartpost. FedEx Smartpost is delivered by USPS and therefore can accept a PO Box as a delivery address
  • Military Addresses/APO Addresses: Priority mail to military addresses/APOs will take a minimum of 10-15 business days to arrive. Standard Post to military addresses/APOs will take a minimum of 24 business days to arrive.
  • USPS Consolidator: Delivery of packages shipped via this discounted service for packages under 1 pound may take up to 20 calendar days. USPS Consolidator/Smartpost is NOT a claimable service. It only offers delivery confirmation and missing packages cannot be reshipped. 
 
 
UPS

  • UPS Ground Service: Delivery in 1-5 business days. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of order receipt in the warehouse. Please note: Processing may take 2-3 days or more during heavier volume days. During sales and promotional periods, orders may take up to 7 business days to process. Carries $100 of automatic insurance. If you would like additional insurance added to your order, please look for the option to "Include Insurance" under the shipping carrier list at checkout.
  • UPS 2-Day and Overnight Service: Delivery time quotes start from the time the package leaves the warehouse. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of order receipt in our warehouse. Please note: Processing may take 2-3 days or more during heavier volume days. During sales and promotional periods, orders may take up to 7 business days to process. Carries $100 of automatic insurance. If you would like additional insurance added to your order, please look for the option to "Include Insurance" under the shipping carrier list at checkout. Overnight Service does not deliver on Saturdays. If you require a Saturday delivery, please chat Customer Support to see if this option is available for your order. UPS charges an additional fee for this service.
  • You will receive an automated email from our warehouse with your tracking information when the package ships out.
  • UPS Claims on Packages: In the event your package tracks as being delivered, but you have not received it, there will be a 5-10 business day claim process initiated with UPS. We cannot reship your order to you until the claim is fully processed and accepted by UPS. If UPS pays the claim, the claim will be for $100 unless you contacted us to add more insurance on the package. If the value of the order is more than $100, we cannot ship the remaining dollar value. You may choose which of the items, minus the new shipping cost, are reshipped. **If UPS does not pay the claim on the package, we cannot reship the package to you or process a refund.**
 
FEDEX
  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of order receipt in our warehouse. Please note: Processing may take 2-3 days or more during heavier volume days. During sales and promotional periods, orders may take up to 7 business days to process.
  • FedEx Ground Service: Delivery in 1-5 business days. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of order receipt in the warehouse before shipping out. Please note: Processing may take 2-3 days or more during heavier volume days. During sales and promotional periods, orders may take up to 7 business days to process.. Carries $100 of automatic insurance. If you would like additional insurance added to your order, please look for the option to "Include Insurance" under the shipping carrier list at checkout.
  • FedEx 3-Day Select, 2-Day, and Overnight Service: Delivery time quotes start from the time the package leaves the warehouse. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of order receipt in the warehouse. Please note: Processing may take 2-3 days or more during heavier volume days. During sales and promotional periods, orders may take up to 7 business days to process. Carries $100 of automatic insurance. If you would like additional insurance added to your order, please look for the option to "Include Insurance" under the shipping carrier list at checkout. Saturday delivery is available for FedEx Overnight and 2-Day Services for orders placed over the phone at an additional cost of $15. If you require a Saturday delivery, please chat Customer Support to see if this option is available for your order. Orders insured for over $1000 require a signature upon delivery. 
  • FedEx Smartpost Service: Low weight package delivery option. FedEx hands the package off to USPS to make the final delivery therefore this service can accept a PO Box as a delivery address. Please do not enter both a physical address AND a PO box address if you wish the package to ship to the PO box, as this could result in delayed shipping of your order and/or delivery to the physical address. Smartpost offers delivery confirmation only. This is the slowest and most unreliable service and can take anywhere from 5-15 business days to deliver. Please note: During sales and promotional periods, orders may take up to 7 business days to process.
  • You will receive an automated email from our warehouse with your tracking information when the package ships out.
  • FedEx Claims on Packages: In the event your package tracks as being delivered, but you have not received it, there will be a 5-10 business day claim process initiated with FedEx. We cannot reship your order to you until the claim is fully processed and accepted by FedEx. If FedEx pays the claim, the claim will be for $100 unless you chatted Customer Support to add more insurance to the package. If the value of the order is more than $100, we cannot ship the remaining dollar value. You may choose which of the items, minus the new shipping cost, are reshipped. **If FedEx does not pay the claim on the package, we cannot reship the package to you or process a refund.**
  • Shipments To Alaska: FedEx Standard Overnight and 2-Day are only available to Service Area A4. Please call FedEx to determine what Service Area your address falls in at 1-800-463-3339. If your address is not in Service Area A4, please do not select FedEx Standard Overnight or 2-Day. If you do, you will be charged for that service level, but your package will ship via FedEx Ground, and we will be unable to refund the difference in cost.

 
International Orders
 
**Please review your country's Importation Regulations carefully before placing your order, as we are not responsible for items refused by Customs in accordance with their prohibition policies** 
 
**All CANADA orders over $450 and all other INTERNATIONAL orders over $750 now qualify for FREE Shipping!**
Free shipping method utilized is USPS Priority Mail International (un-insured). Insurance coverage is available for a fee.

  • The Longevity Warehouse® happily accepts and ships international orders via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Priority Mail Express.
  • We are not responsible for packages that go missing internationally. We HIGHLY recommend using USPS Express International which does have tracking available for most countries. We will help as much as possible in the event your package goes missing, but ultimately lost packages are the fault of the shipping provider and we cannot assume the responsibility of replacing or refunding missing packages.
  • Rates will vary depending on the location, weight of items ordered, and the delivery address.
  • We ship to all international countries except Nigeria, Kazakhstan, Norway, Denmark, Morocco, Ukraine and Algeria.
 
Customs Policies
  • International orders/shipments may be subject to Customs fees or taxes charged by the country in which your order is delivered. We have seen these fees range from 0% - 50%.
  • The Longevity Warehouse® is not responsible for paying fees charged by Customs or the rate charged by Customs. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the Customs fee.
  • If you refuse to accept your package at Customs due to high Customs fees, we are not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at Customs. If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to us. As such, once the package is received back to our warehouse, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge and minus the customs charge (if you haven't paid it yet) to send the package back to us.
  • The Longevity Warehouse® is not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused at Customs. If Customs refuses a package, sends it back to us, and we receive it back from Customs, we can issue you a refund for the products in your order only if we receive the package back and if the contents are in sellable condition.
  • In the event the package is not returned to us by Customs or is lost in transit, we cannot issue you a refund. We are not responsible for paying for the package to be returned to us or for reimbursing the customer for that cost.
  • International orders/shipments may be subject to possible opening of and inspection of goods by Customs officials in the country of delivery. The Longevity Warehouse® is not responsible for orders that are held up at Customs, damaged by Customs, destroyed by Customs, or refused entrance by Customs due to this process. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their own country's importation regulations, as we are not responsible for items refused by Customs in accordance with their prohibition policies.
  • Australian Customers: As of 12/1/11, we are no longer recommending or supporting orders for Medicinal Mushrooms to Australia due to their strict Customs Guidelines. Any order placed is at risk of quarantine, denial of entrance into the country, and/or destruction of the package.

  • Delivery is an estimated 2-5 business days AFTER processing is completed in our warehouse; delivery may take longer depending on Customs delays or on the postal system of an individual country.
  • Tracking available to most countries. Carries $200 of automatic insurance. If you would like additional insurance added to your order, please look for the option to "Including Insurance" under the shipping carrier list at checkout.
  • Additional Customs charge may apply.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express Claims Process: In the event your package does not arrive, there will be a 30-90 business day claim process initiated with USPS. We cannot reship your order to you until the claim is fully processed and accepted by USPS. If the claim is accepted, it will be for $200 (or the fully insured amount if additional insurance included), and you may choose the products to reship or accept a refund for $200 (or the fully insured amount if additional insurance included). If the claim is not paid, we cannot reship the package to you or process a refund.

 
Cellerciser Shipping Policy
 
  • Domestic (Continental U.S.): There is a $30 Flat Rate Shipping Price.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: There is a $75 Flat Rate Shipping Price. Please do NOT place your order online - contact Customer Support.
  • Canada: There is a $75 Flat Rate Shipping Price to all areas in Canada. Please do NOT place your order online - contact Customer Support.
  • International Orders: You must contact Customer Support for your Shipping Rate. Please do NOT place your order online.
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
  1. Your Cellerciser will ship directly from the Cellerciser® Company and therefore will arrive independent from any other items purchased through The Longevity Warehouse®.
  2. Celleriser® will be delivered via UPS. UPS is the only shipping carrier available at this time.
  3. Valid street address is required for delivery. UPS is unable to deliver to a PO Box.

With respect to items sold on LongevityWarehouse.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order and can only offer products for sale that are in stock. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold on LongevityWarehouse.com is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
