I never liked using flour for thickening sauces - to me it just tastes "doughy" - and can override the taste of whatever you are thickening. Cornstarch + water - well, just doesn't compare nutritionally.

You can literally melt some Ghee (here at LW) add whatever liquid and just dump in this HEALTHY and nutritious Quinoa right into the pan. And NO LUMPS - E-V-E-R! It's extraordinary.

With fish, I use it with Ghee, white wine, capers and just a couple tablespoons. Again, 0 lumps ~ LOVE IT. TY LW!!
